The Burj Mohammed (Named after Sheikh Mohammed of Dubai), or Sky Mashrabiya, due to the pattern on the facade, is a mixed-use commercial skyscraper, with 3 restaurants, a cafe, an office, and a hotel. It is developed by Emaar, a company that dominates the Dubai skyline.
This neo-arab architecture skyscraper could be built in the 2030s, in the Jebel Ali business hub, Dubai, as a symbol of economy.
It is made out of marble (quartz), glazed terracotta, concrete, and granite. Other materials include black-stained glass, and steel (iron).
The elevator shaft doubles as the central core, with styled support beams making up the Mashrabiya patterns.
