My first major survival build, the Cathedral of the Holy Floof was only supposed to be a sheep pen behind a giant sheep's head made of wool. Then I realized the inside of the sheep's head started to look like the inside of a church and I went for it.
Currently missing a Cleric vilager up behind the forehead teaching the Gospel of Floof to the good people of the town along with some lecterns displaying the gospel for anyone to read by themselves.
Mainly made from wool, birch planks, and stained glasses.
After building this, I decided to do a complete zoo around the cathedral which I don't consider one project due to the game constantly adding new mobs.
Still to do: Quartz for lightning-proofing the roof. Automation (currently not possible on PS4). Impris... employing said cleric villager.

I love this. It's not like, a massive true-to-life cathedral, but it's fun and goofy, and it looks like you had a fun time making it.
And that last one is the whole point of the game.
