Welcome to the Charcoal Refinery!
I made a process that can AUTOMATICALLY transfer any type of wood, into planks, then into fuel. After that you place wood into another chest, it transports to the furnace including the planks, then the process automatically converts the wood into charcoal! Without doing ANYTHING. Just grab the charcoal out of the chest when you are done ^_^
*I recommend skilled players with Buildcraft who know what they are doing if they use this.
