This is a beautiful colonial suburban house designed by myself based off of AlphaRebel's house on AlphaCraft. This house offers 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This house comes complete with a finished in-home theater in the basement. Also in the basement is a guest room, complete with its very own walk-in closet and bathroom for maximum comfort for guests. The second guest suite is located on the main floor just off the kitchen, it does not have its own bathroom, but there is a bathroom just outside the door. The upstairs offers 3 bedrooms with a bathroom. There is a balcony that crosses over the 2 story foyer to the master suit. The master suite comes complete with its own bathroom and walk in closet. In the backyard there is a spacious patio with plenty of room for hosting parties, there is a firepit down to the right of the patio and to the left is a pool complete with a diving board.
