Here is the most compact and the longest timer that i found. It's really simple to use.

It can reach 10 hours, but you can connect multiple timers to increase the lenght.

you could make this work in survival mode just adding a comparator to the dispenser

I don't know why you would want a 10h timer and if you do, there would be so many ways to build one but there is a vid (that I didn't make) and I think it's pretty funny because of the use of the simple hopper-timer.
