The compact elevator is here. It goes up 27 blocks and is only 4x4 blocks in length and width! Finally, an elevator that can fit inside your house! As always it must be regarded as extremely awesome. This is from Etho's Lab's video. The blocks outside the 4x4 area are just for looks. You can take them off if you want.

Actually, yes, I do have one. I have been trying to set up a redstone user-input timer. Basically, what I need it to do is have a series of levers and a button. The button would power up a redstone system (in this situation, open a door) for a set amount of time. Those lever would be in control of that amount of time.

I have persoanlly be trying to wire this up, but with little luck. I've been trying with both pistons, and series of logic gates. Any help would be awesome!

Ah, homework...*shakes fist*...

But fist-shaking aside, I figured that bloody thing out! It's not too large, and it's piston based. By all means, if you want to contiue with trying to find your own way, be my guest! And, if you'd like, I would be more then willing to share mine once I got the few little bugs worked out

Try an RS-Nor Latch with a Delay to automaticly re-vert it using repeaters for a set time.

Hmm...

One of my friends made this on our server, and i was thinking about...

If you set a reveres system on the other site,

could it be possible to make it go down :)?

By reveres system i mean: The repeaters is the opposite

of the up going elevator, but on the same elevator?

Did you understand what I said :p?

You can make one, it'll be simple really, just all you have to do is invert the repeaters and make the timing opposite from going up to going down... all you need is patience and time to build it... back up your saves.

Ya, that is possible, but the starting system would have to be different. Maybe a button would work.
