Conquest Reforged 1.15.2 Mountain Landscape 1024x1024

About the landscape:
It is mostly debris filled limestone mountain sides with a small stoney vallley with a few coniferous trees one moutain top is filled with heather.
Its all layered i have not seen a map made like this yet on here for 1.15.2 so why not.

Great work! I love the part where you said you have been using worldmachine. I am only using Worldpainter myself because I can’t afford worldmachine. I actually have a map in progress where I am trying the same with the custom smooth terrain. Two questions: have you ever managed to map a smooth underwater layer without having weird spots around the water level with either waterlogged one block too high or non-waterlogged blocks one block too low? I couldn’t find a clean transition with smooth terrain between water and land… now my beaches look a little elevated but I managed to fix the (non)watterlogged problem. Secondly: have you managed to place a custom ground cover laver (plants) on top of smooth grass for example? When I tried it it mixed up the layer with the ground cover so sometimes the layer block was above the plants… any fix for that or do I have to do it ingame with worldedit as with the fixing non waterlogged layer blocks around beaches thing?

p.s. you should really upload a custom tree pack, 2-4 examples of each kind and size will probably be enough and believe me in one thing: I can already tell from your uploaded images that your tree models look awesome!

p.p.s. I actually uploaded a CR1.15.2 custom object pack today but by now I only made rocks and ice spikes for my map, probably I’ll add more soon, hope that I’m not the only one working on schematics for conquest reforged

Thanks, i only use the Worldmachine Community Edition wich is free but only allows up to 1025x1025 heightmap outputs.
1) No i also fix the water with world edit or make i completly with world edit so larger areas really become problematic. The easiest way would probably be to give the layers underwater the propertie:waterlogged and fill the area with water in world painter and then fix the water edge with world edit.
2) It is possible in world painter. I make the the plant layer 2 high, smooth, layers:8 or maybe it has something to do with the export order.

This would take alot of time maybe at some point.

Good work, Id say there are others^^

Very nice map! Did you use World Painter or World Edit to make most of the map?

The tree schematics are especially great! Very hard to find nice looking custom trees for 1.15; that is something you should upload a pack of. I'm sure it'd get a lot of downloads.

I completely agree, we really need some good trees for CR in 1.15.2. Lovely map by the way!
