Update: I've added working elevators to 4 of the buildings. Not those silly piston things or water but real working elevators. Click the button the iron doors open walk in and they close click the inside button and choose a floor, you get a message with the range of floors. Enter the floor (no '/') and zoom, you're there and the doors open to let you out. (HINT) if you change your mind just select the floor your on to get the doors to open.

The current spawn location has a desk with a button. Press it and random numbers of zombies spawn on the floors below you so you'll have to fight at least a few to get out of the building. Not to worry, if you have no weapon you will get 1 iron sword. You'll need to forage for more as you go.

You don't heal and you do get hungry. There is 1 med bay (so far) on the 22nd floor.
Go in and it will slowly heal you, just a few seconds, after you can use the auto pharmacy to get some meds to hold you over. They only give some healing, not a full cure.
There is also a cafeteria on that floor where there is a food vending machine that works.

The rest of the buildings are still empty, this IS a Beta under construction after all.
If you try it out and have suggestions for in game scenarios post them for me and I'll try to incorporate as many as I can.

I've decided to do a realistic Java driven Zombie map. I've built most of the buildings in the downtown area myself though I freely admit to scouring the internet for pictures to model from. If you recognize a building that's how it got here. I also found a few schematics (as in like 3) which when used have a sign giving credit to the builder(s). Hated to do it but it saved me time so I can get to the fun part: building the game. My first pic is just downtown. it's only about 25% of what will be a massive map including suburbs, government labs, and all the other good stuff. I will have "working" elevators, some lighting here and there, "revolving" doors, thanks to java and teleportation. there will be no healing possible unless you can find a hospital or pharmacy. You'll need hardware or sporting goods stores to find weapons, or maybe you'll get lucky and find some in a house. Grocery stores, restaurants, homes and hunting will be your food sources. "Real" animals only except for the zombies. Watch out for mad wolves too. I'll also throw in some potions (medicinal) etc. No spawners either, my traps will spring based on your location on the map controlled by java. Map will be posted on my server in early 2018 for beta testing. It will not be completed since I see this as an ongoing project with new things to be added until I get sick of it. Stay tuned!
