This is something I just came up with straight from the old imagination. I originally intended to build a traditional cruciform house. This design of building is most common in public churches and government buildings, but it was used on simple family homes in the past as well. However, once I got started the building took on a completely different style than I was going for. It kind of looks like a newer structure was built upon an older one, adapted to harmonize them together. On the first floor there is a front room, family room, dining room, bathroom, eat in kitchen, a large porch, and the temple-like room, as well as the large central atrium that connects them all. The upstairs has four bedrooms. I really like the light comes through the structure, it makes it look very different at times.
