Before many years there was a beast lying in the island waiting for people to pass by and to eat them... Then came a hero called Inga Jokelan he said he can slay the beast, so he went to the beast island and slayed her just like he said so, but he didn't know there was a curse lying on the head of whoever slays the beast. A curse that will hunt him forever, but now he is dead and all of this story is maybe just a myth. You decide it is, and you are ready to start your settlements on the island!
