What version of Minecraft do you use? If you use an old version of the game there are blocks that will not appear because some projects are made in new versions. In case they do not appear in the McEdit program, it may be that you are using an old version of it but in the game itself those blocks will appear.

The Minecraft i use is Minecraft pe and the is version 1.13.0 and the schematic loader i use is builder pro for minecraft pe I don't use mcedit also most of the ship has sliced parts

So that is already a compatibility issue between the .schematic of McEdit and Builder Pro

I have no idea. You can search online if there is any solution, because I never used Builder Pro, I don't know how to use it
