For the spawning out of boundaries, yes that's an issue that I successfully found a solution for in my future maps, and it's also mostly fixed in THE TERRITORY, but there are like 1 or 2 areas where I know it's not fixed because I couldn't actually find out how to fix it for those areas. If you spawn outside, just enable creative with /gamemode creative and try to fly towards the area where you died. The map isn't too scattered so with some detective work you'll find it.
