Mondas was the twin planet of Earth and the original homeworld of the Cybermen. In ancient times, it was dislodged from its old position into space when the Moon was formed. The Cybermen eventually learned to pilot their planet and took Mondas to Earth, where it was destroyed.

This map isn't 100% accurate, the sea levels aren't the same but it's enough. Now, before you ask, yes this was made using reference images. especially the destination display that shows Mondas in World Enough and Time.
