There is a:
Bonemeal dispenser
Water dispenser to wash crops away -
They are then collected through hoppers at the bottom and put into a chest ready for you to collect
A building with an animal pen and a 1 block high redstone door activated by pressure plates.
Item destroyer - You put your items in a chest; they are then taken off by hoppers and dispensed out using a dropper; this means you can put lava buckets e.t.c in the chest.
2 level villager house

The whole project is made so that no zombies, skeletons e.t.c can NOT get in. (Except spiders)
