This is a project I was working on in the summer of 2015 but I never got around to finishing it. I had intended to go back and finish but it looks like that is unlikely so I am going to just post what I have.

The dimensions are somewhere around WxLxH = 300x300x250 or something. It was built almost exclusively in MC edit though the vines and leaves were usually placed in creative.

The idea was to make the fortress then have a bridge leading up to the fortress with a large river. A dense forest would surround the hole thing with large mountains in the back ground. I never ended up making the terrain.

I will try and find the original saves I have of this for upload.
