Restore the light again!!! xD (It's fun, trust me.)

The characters are like 90% of the game, so if you don't see them, please tell me :)

All credit for the Custom NPC's mod goes to Noppes, as this is not my mod.

You will need this mod for it to work. Search up the website Skydaz on google. It looks like this:

Now click it, and Skydaz should look like this:

In the upper right hand corner, search 'Custom NPC's' And click this:

Now scroll down to where it says this:

And click the little [drct] button beside the .exe download.
Next all you have to do is launch the installer. So the installer will look like this:

Now when you launch it, it should look like this:

Now click the 'Install Mod' button, and it will install it all for you!
(Make sure minecraft is closed, and it will ask you if you want to back up your Minecraft. Kind in mind that it takes much longer with more worlds. You don't have to backup your Minecraft, but it's your choice.)
Next, when you open the launcher, click the little Edit Profile in the bottom left corner, like so:

  Next click the drop down menu that says 'Use Version', and scroll to the bottom. It should say 1.8-Forge with a bunch of numbers and periods beside it. Mine looked like this, but yours may have different numbers:

Click it and then click 
 Now launch minecraft! There you have it :)

First thing you have to do is download the "Forge" installer:

 Next, select the 1.8 version:

Now in my case, I'm using a windows computer, but if you're using a Mac or Linux, I'd go for the Other link or the Universal link. Click (Direct):

Next you open the file and it should look like so. Click okay.:

If it worked, you should see this. Click okay again:

Now open your launcher, and make sure the profile says 'Forge'. Now click Edit Profile:

Next click the drop down menu beside 'Use Version' and select 1.8-Forge (and a bunch of numbers):

Now click  .
Now to get the actual mod! xD
Go back to the forum post and under downloads click alternative.

Wait a few seconds, then click 
Now you want to click the download button in the top left corner of the page:

It should start downloading the mod. Next, to find the mods folder, the easiest way is to open minecraft and click  then  then .
Now close minecraft and go back to the folder. You should be in resource packs. Go back to .minecraft:

Then click the mods folder:

Now move the Custom NPC's mod into the mods folder:

Now to be on the safe side (aka so you don't crash), delete your other mods (this step is completly optional):

And your done!! To check that it worked, open minecraft and it should look like this:
