Hey guys!
After two weeks of intense work, I have finally decided to release the coal power plant I built for my city project, Epsilon. Please note that this is still lacking some details such as general light sources, outside and interior decoration (specially in the administrative building), and some creative liberty was taking for the general outfit, so it may not look that realistic at times. For the same reason, the complex is fairly customizable to your own liking.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Epsilon Thermoelectrical Power Plant (or ETPP for short) is one of the two power plants that provide the City-State of Epsilon with electricity, using coal as its fuel source. With an approximate perimeter of 1.357 blocks, the ETPP counts with three cooling tower units (codenamed Zeus I, II and III), two dedicated coal feeders that serve two dedicated boilers, six steam condensers, six ash waste storage tanks, two stacks, two main turbines, two electrical generators and two transformers (one of which is for backup use), three water reservoirs and a full underground tunnel system for pipes that connect most of the components.
ABOUT THE BUILDING:
Like the title suggests, the Power Plant is fairly realistic, as it was built following the aknowledgement of the general proccess of classic coal power plants (for example: cold and hot water, condensed steam and used steam pipes are separated and each of them are connected as should be connected in a real life power plant).
DISCLAIMER: You may use this privately as you please. If you are willing to use this schematic for your own public project, however, all I ask for is for you to inform me about it via PM and credit me properly. It is a simple thing to do, right?
SPECIAL THANKS TO:

SPECIAL THANKS TO:
- CraftyFoxe - I attempted to recreate your 'CAT large wheel Loader 993K Truck', which is the only wheel loader truck I could find. Thank you!
- N11cK - I used your tutorial in order to get my cooling towers working. He's got some cool content, you should definetely check out his channel.

I found a copy of my world that was somehow stored in OneDrive, so now I can recover the schematic file for this building, which I will release during the week.
Needless to say, I do agree with them on that.
