Here is an Airship that I recently built on the Voxel Box server, on our sand box world. It was initially inspired by the game, Guns of Icarus. The ship uses The Voxel box Palceon texture pack and features a Steam punk interior matching the style of the exterior; with cannons and a moving engine, just go down the maintenance shaft at the back of the deck and follow instructions to active the redstone powered engine.
