Une halle de marché très simple. La construction se décline selon différents niveaux du sol au toit : Dessin au sol, gestion des eaux ; Masse ; Structure principale ; Structure secondaire ; Toiture.
La halle n'est pas fermée et devient un espace public couvert, en rapport avec le parc en dehors des heures du marché.
La toiture avec des sheds permet de jouer avec la lumière du soleil au cours de la journée.
