The model is inspired by a house on Carroll Avenue in Los Angeles which has been used in the TV show "Charmed" as the Halliwell Manor. Exterior shots in the show hide the second door on the side of the solar. The doll house representation of the house which is featured in the plot is different from the actual house in this and several other aspects. Since Minecraft is rather blocky, the right angles of the real house's solar have been favoured over the 45° angles present on the doll house.

The staircase, floors and interior circulation are as faithful as possible to fan-drawn plans. The actual house's floorplans couldn't be found online. My model has no interior decor nor furniture. However, if you want to make it as authentic as possible, screengrabs from the show are readily available for all key rooms in the house.
