Inspiration
The 8x8 floor uses the same "cell structure" as Cephyr Tower Defence, and heavily inspired by the board game: Betrayal at the House on the Hill:
The movie "Cube" gave us the inspiration to how the floors should be randomized.
The two great games "Slender Man" and "Amnisia" gave us the basic idea of monster design: You can't kill them, you have to avoid them to survive.
