sorry to be a pain again but this rar file doesnt allow me to extract it at all it just shows up as a paper document and has no data for a world map

baso I downloaded it and it came as a rar file I put it into the saves and nothing , tried it in schems and nothing

Just extract the rar file and put the world folder in the saves ffs...
