This will be my fourth house on PMC. (dang son that was quick)

Another singleplayer build I managed to get done. I worked on this house alongside House 3 and a few more houses, which I will hopefully get around to finishing up to maybe upload. All as part of a mini neighborhood project which I have no idea what I am gonna do with. So maybe complete that in the future and then share it here?? Anyways, this was inspired by many modern American style one-storey beach houses. Specifically around where I live which is Venice Beach, Los Angeles.

If you want to use this in Singleplayer, go ahead and do anything you like to it. If you want to use it in a Multiplayer server or video for public use, don't forget to give credit *insert Japanese smiley face* ツ
