A 1hour (solo) build + downloadable (if the download doesn't work try with mozilla firefox or any other browser) :)
This is nice little house with 2floors (much attention for details), with everything on it from a stable to a nice storage area. Outside the house you have a couple farms and a nice sitting place where you have a beautifull view on the lake and the forrest where you find the tree with some goodies.
