Hello everyone! Here is a tutorial on how to get Custom Player Heads in vanilla Minecraft without using McEdit or mods!
Enter in the command below into a command block. Replace my username with any other players username to get their head.

Note: If the player is NOT a premium user/they're premium but do not have a skin yet, the head will have either the default Steve or Alex skin.
