This is a huge house/farm. Where there are a lot of automated luxuries.

- A farm where the products is brought in to the basement under the kitchen for automatic sorting.
- A chicken house, that brings the egg automatically in to the same sorting system.

- large library with several enchantment tables for different levels
- A romantic dining room, with windows in 3 directions. Table for up to 16
- Bathroom with fireplace, bubble bath, and a working shower
- A small guest bathroom
- Two large bedrooms
- 4 small bedrooms
- A huge balcony overlooking the ocean
