Hi there, I built a brewer some time ago and its not survival friendly by any means considering whats out there.
I just had fun building it and would like to share :-)

The brewer stops when the chest is full, out of waterbottles or out of ingredients. The lamps indicate if ingredients are still in stock. Lamp on = Ingredients stocked , Off = no ingredients. Apart from refilling ingredients no interaction is required.

If something gets messed up you can simply reset the brewer by taking the items in the hopper timer out and place them back and taking leftover ingredients out of the brewing stand. I ran the brewer for several hours and it worked flawless for me. If u experience any issues please let me know.
