Ithiloth is a celestial city immersed in a thick mist of pure magic. The city was founded by the Nyota and Archsage Thimble_Tack. Ithiloth, which means Blossom of the Moon in Elvish, has a spherical shape like a bright star and possesses 6 petals like a flower. Ithiloth has two main occupants, one are mainly human and the second are the Eleno Heni (Elen-Hen-ee), which means Children of the Stars. Legend has it that the Nyota, Thimble_Tack, fell in love with the fairest and kindhearted Evelyn, who was a princess of the nearby forest. In her honor, the City of Ithiloth was built by the powerful Nyota and her family was blessed with prodigious magical abilities much more potent than any regular elf. These people went on to live in Ithiloth, and soon after a thousand years, Evelyn the Kindhearted was taken up to live amongst the stars. The Eleno Heni are very tall, most standing nearly ten feet. The kindheartedness of Evelyn had lived on throughout the Eleno Heni, and so allowed a sect of troubled humans who had quarrels with the sea Naga to live with them in the lower city. These humans hold the Eleno Heni under great reverence; in fact, it is rare to see the two kinds mixed with one another. The Eleno Heni live in the highest tiers and towers of Ithiloth, whereas the Humans live in the lower cities. Ithiloth is majorly concerned with the heavens. The tallest and greatest structure is devoted solely to be a room of reverence. The Nyota are considered a deity amongst their people, and the stars are highly considered. The Eleno Heni devote their lives to the study of the stars and planets. Recently it has become apperent that all of Tanviir is slowly falling apart. This concerns the Eleno Heni very much, and it is soley dependant on their magic that this phenomenon is stalled.
