This is the first building that I made from Simcity 3000 Unlimited (and certainly not the last). It is called Kim Plaza in the game, although I am not sure what real building it is based on. Either way, the floors of this tower have been finished but not furnished and the stairwell is underconstruction. The hardened clay that makes up the reddish exterior will be replaced with the new polished granite block when the 1.8 update comes out as that block more accurately represents the true color of the building.
