After building a lot of small, resource-efficient houses lately, I was in the mood to create a full-scale medieval house for a change. This is one of my most ornate designs to date, and it makes use of all the beautiful additions that Minecraft 1.14 brought with it – all the building blocks for all the major materials, different types of furnaces, barrels, and best of all: lanterns.
The house requires quite a few resources, at least by survival game standards. But it's also a true end-game base. It comes with ample storage space and an enchantment table just below the roof. Plus, it's impressive enough to feel like more than just some little outpost in the wilderness.
