Pistonless BUD (Block Update Detector) Switch

This is a very small, very efficient, very cool block update detector, or BUD. While most conventional BUDs use pistons, this one uses no pistons at all. The only sound you hear is the burning out of the Redstone torches. The only thing to remember is to use my pulse inverter with the output repeater at 3 ticks in order to reduce it down to one. The "update zone" is anywhere adjacent to the front torch.

it's not 100%:
the bud is made with a torch burn out, this means that the bud sometimes is sending a signal without any block update, because the torch is turning on after a random period of time

yes, I noticed that when I tested it. I am trying to work that flaw out. just live with it until I can fix it. it;s not hard.

those are for the t-flip flops. the bud is at the bottom
