This is a licensing office I have made for the city contruction challange. The requirements for this structure are to have a lobby, two offices and a document storage room. I just liked that suspended bit of rock, so I decided to build the office there. I built it on top of pylons to give myself more floorspace. And I like towers, so I put in an observation platform. It's base also serves as an entrance.
