Due to the lack of activity on my own personal server, I decided that the basic build and layout of the server island I constructed for it could be put to some use by other, interested players. In that, here's the load-down on the features of my island:

This island is intended to be used primarily as a spawning ground for a multiplayer server (of around 24 players, I believe). It can (and should) be placed into any ocean biome (and should fit seamlessly) with an editing program like MCEdit. The original purpose of the island was to be used as a social hub for players between adventures. Also, it was intended for easy version updating, as using a plugin like "WorldBorder" would allow for a quick trim around the island using a new ocean seed so all the land was seamlessly regenerated without the need to move spawn at all. When players want, they can use the warps around the island (With another plugin, of course) to warp into the world beyond the ocean biome and have fun. The server also supported the Bukkit plugin "MMSuperNaturals" and has several places on the island to allow players to change classes and such. Players could also own shops (or have automated shops) within the 12 provided areas in town. Players could also easily access the Nether and the End from the island as well. Finally, players could also have quick battles within the areas provided under the town.

In list format, the island offers support for:
- Beacon Marked Spawn (Should not be activated. It's effects reach the underground arenas)
- Public Bulletin Board
- Server Center Public Space
- The Official "Lord Gavin MacLean" Server Owner House of Residence (Intended for you to change)
- 13x13 Property Lots (For members to build homes within)
- 12 Themed Shops (Can be used as you wish, or replaced with houses)
- 2 Underground PvP arenas (One is an open/spleef arena, the other is a dark maze)
- A Graveyard (Has an underground Vampire Alter. Throw something inside the well to open the door to it)
- A Church (For vampire curing and priests)
- An End Portal Room (Beneath the fountain in front of Server Center. Also works as an Enderborne room)
- A Witch Hunter Hall (Beneath the fountain behind Server Center)
- A Public Farm
- A Nether Portal
- 6 Warp Areas (To be used so players can warp off the island and into areas of play. You set them up)

Should you require any further information on the build, you may ask for it and I'll try and include it above (or in the comments below). Please, try and give credit should you use this town to me and, above all else, subscribe and diamond if you like the island that much. It should withstand any version update, so if you chose to make it a staple for your server's map, it'll last (just so long as you don't grow your server too big. If that happens, then maybe seems multiple islands together or expand town. I don't know, that'll be your problem when/if it comes).
