Hi everyone, this is my second project!! This is a modern luxurious house, and it take me 5 days to build it. I wanted to try to build something that people would love , a modern house!! So let me explain you! First, the house can be downloaded in two versions: SHEMATIC and World save.


World save: This is the original version. The house is builded on the top of Misa's mountain (wich is a pretty ugly biome). The house is 41x22. The concept is VERY open plan, like the big windows on the walls of all the entire house and many wells of light in the roof. When you enter in the house, you can see that nature is defenetly present. At the left, it's the kitchen, and at the right, it's the huge living room. In the living room, over the Tv, there is a "open ceiling". It make the house more luxurious and modern. The main bedroom is situated on the second floor. In the basement, you will find a luxurious bedroom with a little storage room. Passed the two doors in the basement room, there is a weird space with minecarts and rails, and another big storage room. These parts of the house where build with my friend before I planned to post it here. However, if want it, you can use it for a survival game. In the world, wou will see some weird buildings, like a Shematic imported tower, don't take care of it, it was here before I planned to post this project. Ok, let's get back to the house! The outside of the house is severally mark by big spots of water, wich make the house even more luxurious. EXCLUSIVE TO THE WORLD DOWNLOAD only: if you follow the waterfalls, you will see a big pond at the feet of the mountain.


SHEMATIC: for the Shematic version, the house is the same, but the land is very different. The misa mountain is no longer here, it's replace by grass. The outside is very more fill than the World version, with trees, rockways, and gardens. ** TO CORECTLY INSTALL IT IN YOUR WORLD, you will need to deep a hole about the height, the length and the largest of the big rectangular.
