I COULD REALLY USE SOME IDEAS FOR QUESTS/TOWNS/CITIES/NATIONS ETC
I have been working on this for the past couple weeks or so. It started by me creating a circular map about 7000 blocks in diameter. Then I planned on making cities/towns/villages all over the map within different nations, and give each nation a history and extra detail. Then I am planning on making it into an RPG Server where players start in a central sea port city where they can take a boat to many different cities, or just start in that port city. Each city will have shops. Players can purchase items from NPCs and take quests from other NPCs. They can then set out into the main world and start surviving by themselves, or create their own village and invite other players to it. They could also buy real estate in a city and either rent it out to other players, sell it. or live in it. Jobs from NPCs will also be available.
I got some of my inspiration from Runescape (I used to play it several years ago).
CONFIGURED AND PLANNED SO FAR:
Orcs
-Can make/use powerful melee weapons
-Can craft/enchant Iron to Diamondweapons
-Can use Diamond weapons
-normal movement and jumping
-normal health
Elves
-Can make/use powerful bows
-Can craft all bows
-Can use all bows
-fast movement and jumping
-lower health
Dwarves
-Can make/use powerful armor
-Can craft/enchant diamond armor
-Can wear diamond armor
-slow movement and jumping
-higher health
Human
-Can use potions
-fast movement and jumping
-normal health
Nomad
-Fast movement and jumping
-normal health
Some other plugins that are in need of being added/configured:
-Quests
-RPG plugin
-Citizens 2
-Anti-hack
-Worldguar/edit
-Automessage
-Other general plugins.
I NEED SOME HELP HERE! Should only orcs be able to use diamond weapons? And should only elves be allowed to use all bows (I have a plugin to add more bow types)? And should only dwarves be allowed to wear diamond? Or should it be only THEY can make/enchant them but anyone can use them?

The map is a sea called Arapot in a world I thought of. All the names are original (as far as I know at least XD) with the exclusion of Dragon Roost Island, which is a reference to The WindWaker, a game in my favorite game franchise The Legend of Zelda.
Current Quest list:
-A miner problem
-LAND HO
-Assassin's creed
-The belly of the beast
Each of these quests will work with one or more plugins that will be installed on the server when released. Each quest is also unique in itself and will end in reward for the player. Some quests may have alternate endings (multiple ways to finish, with different consequences for each end).
OVERALL: 35% complete
Estimated time remaining: 3 weeks

These percentages do not include the landscape. All landscape is finished, but the building of cities/ruins/caves/temples is not yet finished.
