Here's a Maximum Security Jail I have been working on for the last few days it has 20 cel each containing 2 beds, 2 chairs and a toilet.
the whole facility is made of bedrock surrounded by fence,and there are 45 guards and under neath 3 blocks of lava so don't dig down.
