MCEdit Filter: Update CommandBlock ID's

I made an MCEdit filter that updates old CommandBlock commands, so cool commandBlock contraptions written before the new ID's were introduced can be used having to replacing the old Block and Item ID's manually. The script works by directly referencing the Minecraft Wiki, so any blocks added to the Wiki before Mojang decides to retire the numeric ID's will work with this filter.

Apparently FrodCube made something very similar to this. I wasn't aware of his until about an hour ago. I just want to give a little shout out.

Mine's different in two ways: it looks up the block ID's directly from the Wiki each time it's used, instead of hardcoding them, and it works with nested commands.
