This is the medic theme from the Meet the Medic trailer of Team Fortress 2. It wasn't that hard to make, although the original is an orchestra, so my Minecraft version of it obviously sounds very different.

I changed the note block texture to the Team Fortress 2 icon for this video (I used 32x32 textures to make the icon clearer) I also modified the glass texture to make it easier to see what's behind it.
