read the README file in the .zip

you may use this building but show me a picture where you put it.

1: unzip the .zip file 
2: read the read me file in the .zip 
3: place the world save in the .minecraft folder. 
                         ( windows sign + r  -> %appdata% -> .minecraft -> saves)

you can download the mcEdit schematic or the world save so you can rebuild it yourself.
