Hello everyone! This is a project that I have been working on for awhile. I think maybe 2 months. It's an idea of mine to build a classicaly-themed medieval/semi-fantasy town!
I don't really like uploading it now as a WIP, as it's only about maybe 50% done. But I'm honestly so excited about how this project is turning out, I just couldn't wait any longer to share it here on PMC. Also, I haven't uploaded in awhile, and I feel like I'm improving a lot over my old builds, so I just had to upload this for now!
In order to view this build, you absolutely need to use these 3 things in combination:
-Minecraft version 1.7.10
-Optifine 1.7.10 Ultra (I'm using Ultra B6 personally)
-Conquest 1.7 resourcepack latest version. (V 9.5 as of this writing):

If you view this any other way whatsoever, it will not work properly or look anything like the screenshots at all! Your graphic settings should also all be maxed out as well to get the full experience. Connected Textures need to be turned on in your Optifine settings. This is very important, if they're not turned on, it will not look good!
A lot of the houses/buildings in this project were heavily inspired from Keralis' let's build series on YouTube!
The castle wall, water wheel mill, bridge, market area and general design/landscape is entirely my own design though! There is a lot of small details around the entire build so far, especially the interiors of the buildings!
Credits:
-Keralis for some of the house/building designs
-Optifine for its epicness
-Monsterfish for his amazing Conquest resourcepack
-LiteLoader for mods (World Edit and CUI)
That's about it for now, I might edit this description later when I have more time. Please note that this is a huge WIP and many many things are gonna be added and changed over time until it's fully done! :D

If you view this project any other way, then it wont work! This does not work on 1.8, without Optifine, or with any other resourcepack including default.
The reason for blocks not showing up is because Conquest 1.7 has what's called 'metadata' textures. These are unused files from MC that have been assigned textures for the resourcepack (in other words, the Conquest 1.7 resourcepack has literally hundreds of extra blocks and things because it uses unused files from Minecraft to add more textures and features), and they are only placeable with world edit and viewable with Optifine 1.7 HD Ultra. You can only view these blocks and this build properly if you're using the above mentioned.
