This is memory for Minecraft computer. You can save, load and delete. You can expand this as much as u want. You need to solve yourself how to connect this to your screen. Im not really good on these Minecraft computer systems so i know this is not really best ones, but this is fast (for me).

I looked at your project comments. You still going to make screen and saves for it? This would work as one of your saves. Only problem that this is 32 bit save only so u cant save big screen with this. Maximum screen save is 5x6 for this. This can be expanded so you can easily make it for alot bigger screens.
