ORIGINAL FROM 2013)Kevinzuman22 originally shared an amazing original MC world copy of the fortress Minas Tirith from The Lord Of The Rings a couple of years ago (2008-9 ish). I am a 35 year old father of another minecraft nut... a while ago I downloaded your Minas Tirith map - Amazing map mate!! .... During work and school holidays to help entertain my young son RollieG (fellow minecraft nutter), I have since added windows and re-alignined all the doors, and have added a lot of functional redstone main castle doors, hidden rooms, tunnels, caves, treasure etc, etc, just explore and find it for yourselves! this turns an art work into a functional fortress home!

there's also a short cut up to the top in the wall near the main gate - needs a pressure plate at the dead end...

besides, in the books the first ring of walls is actually black, of the same material as Orthanc (the tower of Isengard)

but that is more of a purist thing...

1) bedrock lasts better and
2) Kevin did the walls, not me!

hint explore the fountain/spring near the main cliff

For the walls to be white, you need a specific texture pack. I will upload that later!
