What is the point of this? I understand that it makes certain commands easier to perform, but what is the point of an extra item that does very few commands. A kill all seems like it can back fire.
Also, is this a vanilla mod, a plugin, or a mod?

Vanilla Mod,Put command (link on downloa button) in a Commandblock and you get a bock,there a more sites with commands in,click on the command give you the effect of the command ,so /give @p minecraft:command_block works in the Bock with Pressing on Giving Commandblocks
