This is a command, which will create a commandblock device.

• What it does:
  

It will add "new" equpiment to your game, which you can craft by throw a armor piece on a special disposal of blocks.
The new armors have really good enchantments and some of them will give you effects. Some effects are stronger if you wear the full set!

                                        How to "Install" it:

[/color][/size]Copy the command  with ctrl+C and paste it into a commandblock ctrl+V. 
You can get a commandblock by typing /give @p command_block into the chat. 
Make sure that you have at least 45 blocks space above the commandblock.
Power it and wait. After ~5 Seconds it should be finished.


 If it doesn't work check if you have Cheats enabled. 
  If there is enough space. 
    Check if you copied every single character of the command.
