I normally make maps on a dedicated server so I have WorldEdit, VoxelSniper, Multiverse-Core and Essentials for colored signs which is really easy all I need to write on a sign to make it colored is &4The&bPlanet&6Minecraft etc..
so " the " is red " planet " is cyan " minecraft " is orange.
