Minecraft Tools



Minecraft tools such as pickaxes, swords, and hoes are almost the most important items in the entire game. These tools can be crafted from either wood, stone, gold, iron, or diamond. Diamond tools are the most strongest types of tools, and golden tools are the weakest types of tools. You may have thought that they were wooden tools, but actually, wooden tools last two times the amount that golden tools do. However, don't get me wrong, golden tools work the fastest, especially with mining, but they don't last very long. The different minecraft tools are axes, pickaxes, swords, shovels, and hoes.

PickAxes



Pickaxes are used for mining. They can be made with 3 of your chosen material across the top oif a crafting table, and two stickjs down the middle. You can see the picture above. These pickaxes can be used for mining ores such as diamond and emerald ore. However, you will only recieve items from these if you mine them with only a diamond pickaxe.



Axes



These tools are used for cutting wooden items, and they are especially used for chopping down trees. They can be made by putting two of your chosen material across the top of the crafting table, one under the material that's in the corner, and two sticks down the middle. This will create an axe. Again, the picture can be seen above.



Shovels



Shovels are used for digging certain blocks. This only speeds up the process of digging. In the picture above, you can see the crafting recipe.



Hoe



These tools are used to fertilize soil. If the soil is fertilized, certain plants and seeds can be placed down on that fertilized grass block. This allows farming to be forever possible and helpful if there are no animals in your area to feed off of. You can grow carrots, wheat, potatoes, and you can eat these items. You can also make bread from the wheat to eat. See the picture above.



Swords



Swords are mainly just used for combat. These tools kill mobs easily, and the stronger the material that they are made of, the more damage the sword does. See the picture above.
