Description

Started this construction in 2/25/2023. This building was my inspiration from soviet architecture. The name of this building is reference of Russian Foreign Ministry Building. The whole room of interior are not finished except the lobby. Anyways enjoy reading the history of Ministry of Red Council. Let's get real here, I do not condemn or associate any political ideologies nether left nor right. I do worldbuilding and fictional history for the interests to viewers and for fun as the disclaimer says above ^

Historical Context

Ruthanian Revolution and Snow War

In 1919, the Ruthanians Revolution spread throughout the states of Ruthenia. Ruthanians people, also knowns as Rus, start an upheave against the monarch. Vladmir Leonid followed by the Reds overthrew against the Tzar thus putting an end giving Red's victor. After the overthrow of monarch in 1921, Vladmir Leonid and his Reds formed a new government and becomes that is known as Union of Sovet Red Republic. In 1922, The Palace of Tzar was adopted rather than demolish by the Sovets and build that is known as Ministry of Red Council. Ministry of Red Council (MRC) is a governmental state capital that is located in Moskov. The purpose of this is to obtain, order, protect, and control the state of the collectivist nation. In 1945, after Concora War II, the Ministry of Red Council declare an anti-imperialist spread throughout the east of the world as they know this point of the east may be an opening point for Allies advantage. Vissarionovich and Trumin built an Iron Cloth (Iron Cloth is a division blockade between Eurathan West and Eurathan East) after Hill speech at the division between East Gernami and West Gernami. MRC agrees the point that the ideologies between capitalism and collectivist must be separated, but still heavily against the spread of capitalism and the spread of the opening military allies through the eastern world.

Thus, the Snow War begins between United States of Athletica and the Union of Sovet Red Republic of Ruthenia.In 1956, MRC vote Nikolai Yevgeniy as the Head Office of USRR due to his history of strategy, marketing, and engineering throughout the life of the battlefield in 1943. Nikolai denounce Vissarionovich's Excesses due to his regime dictatorship with his consistent collectivist ideology. The De-Vissarionism began in 1954 as all the poster and statues taken down throughout the cities of Ruthenia. In 1959, Nikolai and the MRC discussed the risk of nuclear exchange from United States involvement of Guyeon War. The escalation cools down as the US Commander, Doug Arthur fired from the office for the request of nuclear exchange on North Guya and Huan. Nikolai and the MRC are relived but the war will continue until 1957 as Union of Sovet Red Republic and United State of Athletica proposed to unite Guya under neutral territory.

The MRC give this as a stalemate. In 1961, Nikolai has retired and replaced Oleg Kostantin. In 1968, the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty was signed by Oleg Kostantin and President Kennard for the sake of the world of Concora. In 1978, Hetnam ended in North victory as the USRR aid all the resources for their effort of conquering the capitalist south. Chin Ho invited to MRC for the celebration of north victory as well as Zao the leader of the Huan People's Republic endorses North Hetnam's victory. In 1988, USRR suffered from economic crisis due to the after math of Concora War II. This post-second war and the mass purchase of nuclear arsenals lead the country into incoming collapse in 1989. Gorb Mikhailov, last leader of the USRR, resigned from his job due to his disappointment of this nation by the radical's criticism. In 1990, the sovet economy took a turmoil as all of the citizens bought new political freedoms cause to weaken power of USRR. This inevitable collapse will lead the collectivist Party and the Red Republic into its knees as the Christmas came where USRR officially dissolved marking an end of communism, iron cloth, and the Snow War as a whole. The MRC inevitably subsided after the collapsed USRR. After the USRR collapse, the Democracy of Ruthenia was established. The MRC shall stay as a governmental building but renamed to Ministry of Blue Council (MBC). In 2002, Mirovich was elected as a president of Ruthenia and the MBC shall be under the president's control.
