About the project
After ditching my old project Cites: Skylines in Minecraft back in October 2016, I decided to build a new city with the help of some other cities I built, and that's how Minitropolis came to be. In 2016, not satisfied in the stylistic direction of city, I started to completely rework the city. That is when Los Angeles, California became my main influence. Once complete, the map will consist not only of a diverse range of commercial, residential and industrial districts, but also the surrounding countryside, its small towns and natural sights.

Minitropolis is a minature themed city, based mostly on Los Angeles, CA and Seattle, WA. My aim is to create a somewhat modern, realistic and interesting city environment. So far there are 4 complete cities with more coming up at a steady rate, an observation tower based on Panama's F&F Tower, lots of buildings, a 2 way intersection highway, at least one gas station per district, a Nether Tower and a seaside theme park, only to name a few. As for infrastructure, the city boasts an extensive motorway system. Since Buffalo, NY was my initial inspiration, the highway right outside the city is loosely based on Buffalo Skyway. There is also an airport and a subway network (currently under construction).
From the looks of it right now, just as fine. Another city is currently in the works right now, so stay tuned and enjoy the city!
