Few manned vehicles were easily mass produced for The Great War, the A113 Light Fighter and the 3663 Light Speeder to name a few, but the one that stands above the rest for versatility and firepower had to be the famed Mark 61 - Superior Hover Tank. This tank was special that it could hover above the ground though the use of special magnetic coils that repelled the craft from the natural magnetic field of any object. This allowed the tank to traverse any surface of any planet whether it was land, water or magma. This talent not only helped install fear into the hearts of the Pigmen, but also give the tank a vastly increased range of motion and distance.


While most ships and vehicles in the Empire are powered by Glowstone, this tank uses a prototype renewable energy source that gives it virtually no limit on power reserves. Although this major breakthrough in engine design shows a prominent future the tank is very prone to break down and is required to have a maintenance check every 2 standard rotations. Heavily armed but lightly armored, this tank is a fearful fight to anyone looking down the barrels of this beast.
