Thank you for downloading this project. Now lets get started.
1. First double click forge 1.12.2 file and install the mod client.
2. Go to the folder %appdata%minecraft (if this din't work, pls look at a tutorial :). )or if u play on mac: ~/Library/Application Support and drag the mods to the folder named mods.
3. Now drag "the build" into the saves folder.
4. Enjoy the build!
